Strategy & Results: Female Brand Ambassadors were provided every weekend during the 2017 holiday season. The Brand Ambassadors were reliable, sales driven, polished, approachable and outgoing. The program was a success in that the Brand Ambassadors attracted 25 customers per hour into the Clarins Boutique each weekend during the promotional period.
