Brand Allure can provide full-service catering solutions for events of any size.  We can provide in-home private chefs or full-service catering and production for weddings, corporate events, Bar/Bat Mitzvhas.  Brand Allure also has several in-house Kosher Catering Vendors and Chefs and all food items can be delivered strict kosher dairy, parve or meat.

Catering Staff...
Brand Allure's Catering Division provides captains, servers, model servers, bartenders, model bartenders and coat check attendants.  Brand Allure provides a turnkey staffing solution for catering companies, corporate clients and venues in all the major markets across the country.

Training...
Our staff is interviewed, trained and required to shadow experienced staffers for 80 hours before officially being added to the catering board.  Brand Allure's training includes Butler Service, White Glove Service, Family Service, Russian Service, Plated (Sit Down) Dinners and Buffet Style.  Additionally, Brand Allure's staff is trained on how to set a table, serving rules, plate carrying and clearing  and guest handling.

Event Captains...
Our captains will work as an extension of your team to help with flow of event, staff check in, staff assignment, staff breaks and check out.  Our captains will take the necessary steps to make sure that you do not have to communicate responsibility requirements more than once. 

Nationwide Staffing...
Having staff in every major market our resource managers still manage to place teams that have worked together through our database coding system.  Having worked together enables our staff to adapt to new environments quickly and effectively.
